Our quality policy is to achieve sustained, profitable growth, provide consistent performance to enhance our reputation and customer’s confidence through offering technical advice, support and also through effective association and operation with all interested parties and stakeholders in order to maintain a competitive advantage in the market.

Further we are committed to:

  • Maintain and keep records of the quality management system in accordance with international standards, legal and other requirements
  • Ensure that all staff are fully trained to understand their roles in providing quality products and good customer service,
  • Provide products and services which fully meet the customer requirements as well as the legal and other requirements
  • Development of products and services which are cost effective, safe and reliable.
  • Strive for continual improvement in performance, underpinned by necessary resources and highlight objectives and progress through internal and external communication.

Gridwalls’ Health, Safety and Environmental Policy

Gridwalls is committed to the highest level of health, safety and environmental (HSE) management to meet the requirement of international standards throughout all stages of our activities and it is our Policy to proactively manage HSE to protect our employees, client, subcontractors, and the communities.

As part of this commitment, Gridwalls LLC shall as far as are reasonably practical take measures to promote and achieve continual improvement by setting measurable objectives and targets for relevant disciplines in all levels of the organization.

Provision of adequate resources, clearly defined responsibilities and an efficient organizational structure shall allow for effective implementation of this Policy and HSE Management System within Grid Walls.

Gridwalls LLC is committed to:

  • Identifying, assessing, and managing HSE risk connected with our business products and services.
  • Meeting legal requirement, customer needs, industry best practice, minimizing risk and preventing pollution.
  • Ensuring all personnel are competent to fulfill their duties and understand their responsibilities defined in the Gridwalls HSE Management System.
  • Co-operation and co-ordination with stakeholders, contractors, and global legislative bodies.
  • Evaluating and monitoring compliance with relevant legal and other requirements by the application of measurement techniques.
  • Analysis of data resulting from monitoring and measuring activities to ensure customer needs are met, conformance with identified requirements and to assess the effectiveness of the HSE Management System.
  • Continual improvement of the HSE management system.
  • Consultation and participation of workers (or workers’ representative)

This Policy shall be communicated and available to all interested parties as appropriate. This policy and the HSE Management System will be reviewed periodically for ongoing application, effectiveness, and suitability as part of the Management Review process.
